WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE MOBILE NUMBERS AND EMAIL 

DURING RESERVATION

Air Niugini wishes to remind our valued customers to ensure that you provide a valid mobile number and an email address every time you make a reservation either at the airline sales office, accredited travel agents or online.

The contact details are important in the event that your flight is disrupted, either delayed or cancelled, you will receive a message advising you of the change to your travel. Apart from flight disruptions, you are also reminded of the normal flight time.

The message is automatically generated from the airline system and is sent to your mobile phone or email address, with updated information. By not providing a contact, you will not be able to get any updates on the change to your flight and may risk missing your flight or not being able to discuss suitable alternatives or connections.

We therefore, strongly remind you to please provide a valid contact every time you make a booking.
